Slowly chugging through the various pieces on my ~internet responsibility list~ of pictures I need to make, but my real life painting stuff does take priority.

Gosh, you know I found some old drawings of that the other day and couldn't remember what the hell had happened with it. I'm sick at the moment so I can't do anything right now, but that sucks I didn't finish it so I'm sticking it up on the top of my to-do list. I have an RL commish-for-money that I will need to finish first once I'm functional again, but after that I'll do yours. Are there any design changes I need to know about? Also! I have a little toy snow leopard that I bought waaaaay back in the day to turn into Rose for you: would you like me to do that as an extra and send it to you?

Sorry, I forgot to check my DA and even forgot I sent you an message about it. lol Its quite okay. I'm currently trying to get a new reference sheet up for her and I'm trying to get that done if the artist I commissioned doesn't come through for me. Its already been over two months and I'm not sure if they're even getting around to it. Willow is an undeveloped character still which she was suppose to be in the background dropping leafs but I'm completely okay if its just Rose considering. I have a few other characters now but roughly Rose is the same. Her markings are more defined and what not.

Like I said, I need to make her a reference sheet. But you were planning to make a small Rose for me? Aww how awesome. ;3
To give you an idea how Rose is currently one of my WIPS.

She doesn't even have her aqua markings yet. X3 I'll try to keep track of DA and get an updated reference picture. If I don't have the one by the time your done with your commissions then I'll try to put on together personally for you. ;3

I'm glad you reminded me of willow! She was a tiger with unusually thick stripes wasn't she, the halloweeny one.

Your pic looks like what I had as a ref actually, so have a gander at this: [link] does that look right?

I will be painting in oils (on gesso'd paper) because I'm quicker and much more capable in that medium. So the painting may evolve a little as it goes, but my plan is to take the feel & movement from the first draft [link] and work from that. I want to give Rose the heavy build you're looking for without making her look stiff like I did last time...

Anyway enough blather I need to get off the internets and start painting!
